Jumping Farther, Skiing Faster
Today our team is heading out to Kamas, Utah for a three hour ride. Our team usually rides three or more times per week. Road biking has become a staple in our training, it allows us to get the long hours, without over stressing the body. In addition its a lot easier to ride for three hours then to roller-ski or run for three hours. Everyone is getting into the racing aspect as well. Each year our team does a couple races. Since we are varying in ability, it adds a wild element we are not used to, making it a ton of fun. So come out and join us for a ride sometime or watch for us in the local races!
