Our team has just arrived in Seefeld, Austria after a long drive from the Chaux Neuve, France.
So for the those of you curious about France I am here to fill you in with all the details. What you need to know most is that I ate a lot of cheese and bread. It's almost impossible not to eat it while there. I feel our team is starting to become pretty well versed in the cheeses of the area, along with their background stories.
The competitions in Chaux Neuve were not my best. Despite my best efforts I was not able to put two and two together there. However I was very excited to see my brother step up and put down a solid weekend of competition. With the events in the past, the rest of the team and I have put the weekend behind us to gear up for the next two comps here in Seefeld.
