Jumping Farther, Skiing Faster
Yesterday was a sweet day. In the morning Greg, Taylor, and I went for a 1.5 hour roller ski. The weather was beautiful, which made it easy to get the minutes in. Afterwards I got the kayak out of the garage and went to paddle in Ogden. I spent 4 hours playing on the river. I did a two mile hike with my boat up to another wave, which was completely worth it. For me, boating is a great way to get a good core and upper body workout. It also is a nice change of pace from the normal everyday training. Definitely will be going again this weekend!
